Membership

The Malta Dementia Society invites persons with dementia, their carers, relatives and friends, healthcare professionals and other interested persons to join. Membership is free, however a donation would be appreciated to raise funds and support the society’s activities.

Please complete a membership application form and send together with an optional donation (by cheque payable to The Malta Dementia Society) to:
